What are the demographics and jobs like around Christies Beach and surrounding areas? Do people generally work in the Adelaide CBD? If so do they drive? Public transport looks to be about 1 hour 20 mins or so from what Google Maps tells me.

That property has been on there for ages or one identical to it. Given all the info above I'd steer well clear. You don't want to be confined to students only not to mention the other issues and low CG.
