Opportunity to set myself up ? need advice on how to begin

I'm sorry for the delayed reply - I have been snowed under at work. Thankyou all for your advice - muchly appreciated. I will begin by seeing my accountant and chatting to some mortgage brokers as you've recommended. Stay tuned though, I may have many more questions!

Opportunity to set myself up ? need advice on how to begin

I have been a long time lurker, but haven't yet taken the plunge into investment properties, and probably need to get more educated about strategy if I'm honest. However, I have a golden opportunity coming up in about 6 months that I would like to take advantage of and need some advice on how...

I have a reasonable deposit (130) and reasonable income (150). I am likely to move overseas in a few years and don’t want to be burdened with funding...

    another CGT question

Hi guys, sorry if this has been asked before, but I did a search and didn't have much luck. I am interested in buying a new apartment, building commenced, due for completion late 2012. My ideal plan is to live in it for a few years as my PPOR then subsequently rent it out as an IP. The only...
