    New Split System?

I've personally not had issues with mine but someone heavily involved in the aircon industry for decades once told me of the "typical" japanese brands that was his least favourite. Also their parts/warranty system is meant to be pretty poor I take it this is for a development? What are you...

Why are you so insistent on buying something new john? Is there a specific reason?

Where to buy in Perth for short term profit

This is too open ended a question for anyone to genuinely answer. You need to consider the following: -budget -available funds for the value adding, ve it reno or subdivision -are you planning on selling or refinancing -your prior experience -how much free time you have available -eg if you...

Bad bad bad Journalism! Young Property Gun

People are so quick to pick on others success. She has been given some advantages in life and is clearly trying to take advantage of the opportunities, that is a bad thing? Sure maybe she isn't a property expert but well done to her, at 23 she's well on her way

    Perth Property Market updates

That was 2 or so years ago I think, a lot of the really desperate sellers are long gone now so while prices haven't increased some of the spectacular discounts are less prevalent imo

Um excuse me, you're clearly not looking at this correctly. The fact tthat those 6 year Olds even have knives to cut themselves with or blood to spill is becausr of our help. They should be grateful for our humanitarian efforts. Long live scott morrison

Yes, it's good that we can have a public opinion like I do. Doesn't change the fact that it's true though, he is a detestable human being

Pls don't pretend you support his humanitarian efforts, becausr they dont exist. Lives are not being saved, just because the official stats of lives lost at sea have dropped doesn't mean people aren't dying, they're just not recorded by us. Paying people tp turn around boats, reducing our...

    Perth Property Market updates

Yup subject sale offers are almost entirely useless in current market. Was looking at a property on luxury car let a few months ago, agent mentioned he might have a subject sale offer about to be presented and I just laughed and said he might as well throw it in the bin. He agreed.
