i think you mean IMB not ING. ING will only do a 90% + LMI

I suggest you ring them up and ask why it's not possible. It is probably all legit and just has to do with how 'tight' things are - but you never know unless you ask.

It was only last week that BOQ made the offer to me. I have spoken to a few others in my office and they also were told they could take out a 90% loan without LMI. However given the above comments I think it may have just been a marketing thing to get me to sign with them.
