alright suncorp is 6.35% settlement fee upfront $300 no other fee so it means a massive 18.58166666666667 saving per month compared to the nab quote LOL

Hi just wondering How do u determine the suburbs for subdivision? Middle ring suburbs without any more vacant land n hence higher land price?But then the house purchasing price should be quite high as well hence the front house is still not cash positive?

I am only newbie myself but I would say yes to both of ur questions only issue is to find suburbs where I can buy the block with an acceptable looking house for ~only 550K and back block worth ~250K.....
