Quakers Hill NSW - Any good Property Managers recommended?

There's something about Response that doesnt sit well with me...probably to do with a bad experince with their Glenwood office when it first opened up more tgen 10 years ago. Maybe its time to let go! from my experience with them I can recommend The Kings agency at Kings Langley.

Gladstone QLD - How is it Going????

I was talking with a gentleman recently who told me he had just finished building a 55 odd townhouse development in Gladstone and he had leased the whole lot to a mining company. I would have thought this indicated an increase in mining activity.

Professional, reliable property managers in Crows Nest area?

Hi, I'm an agent in that area.....commercial agent. I dont have too much to do with the resi guys but from what I've heard, Mcgraths at Neutral Bay do a reasonable job. Also might try Raine and Horne St Leonards. I have no connection with either of these agencies but some of my commercial owners...

Using Cliffs example.. You cannot set a range just a single price. If you entered the 'search price' at $1.8m and someone did a search for $1.75m - 2.5 then the property would appear in the search results. If someone did a search for $1.9m - 2.5 the property would not appear.

Renting out a resi/comm (mixed used) is a pain

Where abouts is the property? With regards to outgoings you mentioned 'it's a norm for most commercial properties' ....not at all. Really depends on the area, size and type of property and the type of tenant tbe property will attract. A good local commercial agent should offer well informed...

Bog standard company/trust structure in 2014?

Also might be an idea to start with the end in mind....If you plan on building a business to sell down the track then you wont want it in a company as you you'll miss out on the CGT exemptions......If they're still around when you go to sell or if trusts still have access to the CGT exemptions...

It seems odd but they're all like that. Some strata's will agree to foot the bill. I've had some claim it on their insurance if the owner will pay the excess but most say tuff luck, claim it on your own insurance...Doesn't seem right does it!
