I am exploring Glenroy and Pascoe vale suburbs to buy a bigger land and develop 3 or 4 units. I am not sure how much should be the block size to build three or four units
Any thoughts on these two suburbs?
Our PM served 120 days notice to tenants to vacate our rental property.
Tenant sends emails to PM stating all sorts of reasons such as heater did not get fixed etc and they would go to VCAT.
Looks like our PM is working for the tenant. What rights do I have as owner of this investment...

Sold an investment property recently. Kept this property for just two years. Property was vaccant for more than five months. Got a good deal and sold.
I have made capital gains of 35k out of this deal before tax. If i invest this money to buy another property, can i avoid paying the CG tax...
