I have the same issue with my house and havent been able to find any insurance which covers me, if you know of any i'd love to hear about it! All of mine are on my property and as far as I have looked into it im completely liable. Going to be quite expensive to repair/replace when the time comes...

A work collegue put 10k into centro when it first dropped from the $10 to 80c, that was about 2 years ago i think, hes still hoping they can re-finance :)
