Weve had our eyes on Jacobs Well on the Gold Coast. The Calypso Bay Marina has been completed and after a delay in top end housing from the GFC the canal front blocks are selling again. We think that Jacobs Well as a cheaper area next door will benefit and have recently put in an offer there.

Hi Hi You could also give them notice immediately - send them a letter or email if you have it giving them notice that you are ending the agreement. (hopefully you changed the agreement to say 30 days notice instead of the 90 most agents normally insert!) But either way the sooner you give...
