    Help....Where to 'hide' the Trust??

Piston Broke..... I agree..... You are exactly right.... as long as you do not sign a document (a legal contract) in which you make a false claim or misrepresent a truth when asked. Which was my point all along. No matter how many times you suggest it..... I can assure you that I am...

    Help....Where to 'hide' the Trust??

In this scenario as proposed the bank is being asked to lend to a trustee of a trust who wants to find a way to "hide" that fact and so get the loan as if they were not a trustee. If this is not disclosed when asked on a legal document it is quite simply an offence. Liable to remedy as Rob...

    Help....Where to 'hide' the Trust??

Piston Broke.. It would be nice if mortgage documents were just nice agreements signed between two parties and you only commited fraud when you tried to extricate yourself from responsibilities with the bank. I simply say again if you sign a contract or loan document that you know is...

    Help....Where to 'hide' the Trust??

.......If the loan application has the question on it (as many I have seen has)..... "does this loan relate to a trust?" Then to answer no here, and sign it is Fraud - straight up. I know of people getting prison sentences (suspended) for such answers recently.

Can we charge tenant for advertise fee by changing their mind ?

What price is there for peace of mind? You said they were a good tenant..... Oh I know the overwhelming advice is to enforce your 'landlordial powers' and increase the rent to full value immediately and teach the tenant the value of your generosity. Then they may enforce their 'vote with...

    Affordable suburbs in Western Sydney??

Travel bug, Mawson St $207 000 (not OO), Neriba $218 000 (not OO) Of the sales three were OO - two were passed in. 2 were vandalised (unoccupied) and two fire damaged but didn't look much confined to one area of one room, by the photos anyway, as I said I didnt research them first. Spirited...

    Affordable suburbs in Western Sydney??

Skater I thought I might have seen you at the Mt Druitt auction on Thursday, I didn't pick you if you were there. Some real bargains there esp if you were an owner buyer $150 000. (and looked like a good house too. And no bids on another owner buyer property.

    Affordable suburbs in Western Sydney??

TMH, Depends also on your future wishes. Castle Hill and closer to there is expensive relatively. (closer to Sydney - sought after area) You have the whole of Rouse Hill and Kellyville in between. They are building out an area the size of Canberra between Castle Hill and Windsor. All new...

    Mount Druitt, NSW

Skater, comments given here were not meant to offend you or anyone else, only provide an answer to the question. Living somewhere and having good tenants there or anywhere else does not change the reality. If Mt Druitt did not have the reputation (and crime rate) it does you would not find the...

Frustrated by The total lack of regard - Police will not act

With any government agency, Council or Police, I suggest you put your complaints in writing. They must be logged and addressed that way. Its not sufficient to make phone calls if you want results.

    Mount Druitt, NSW

No not preconceived ideas, reality. As I said there are good deals and there are good tenants too, but someone investing from Perth has no idea on the area. Reputation is why it is cheaper, whether deserved or not. Good management is the key, and I can say there are areas and roads that I would...

    Mount Druitt, NSW

You might want to pay real close attention to the crime stats to get a full view. Maybe the guys would suggest pockets in the area for you. Old Mount Druitt is the best in this regard. You want to get your landlord insurance here though and ask the guys for good PMs they know. It is cheap...
