Not in the immediate future. He was interested in doing a course with Cherie Barber but I think I have changed his mind about it as I have told him here is so much information on here.

We had never thought of that as this is all new to us. Head is truly spinning now! My partner thinks that there is nothing to investing, you buy a house add a bit and then sell it to make a profit. He doesn't spend hours on end reading thread on here like I do knowing it is not that simple.

Yes there will be two loans. We have never paid LMI in the past. We have already settled with the current increased loan and an application is going in for this property.

LVR is 89.92% How do I not cross securitise? Is this something I should b talking to our broker about? Thanks for your reply.

We have just put in an offer subject to finance and have a question about LMI. We are using equity in our PPOR as our mortgage has increased to $350k and going to use $50k as a deposit on the investment property and have to pay approx. $5k in LMI. Would it be better to use less of a deposit...
