    Principle and interest fortnightly with the option to make Extra repayments and pay out sooner for no fees (this was important since I usually get a monthly bonus on top of my set salary that I can tip in) looked at a redraw loan, but most had more fees.

    Thanks Tony, makes sense. I will definatly be showing sec.32's to conveyencer. The way banks work I know pre approved is still not approved so I need that saftey net- hence I wont be buying at auction (dont get me started on them)
