    Are these photos some kind of marketing ploy or are they just really dodgy?? http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-woolloongabba-114466687 Would you use an agent who took these kind of pics? Maybe a good opportunity for a buyer as most would be put off I think.

    It's just a 405m2 house block. Same sized blocks sell for about $400K with old house that needs to be removed before building can start and as it's a DCP area most have to be raised and built-in/extended.

    New one settles tomorrow, so we should just get a val done on the old PPOR now then and not worry about the last 10 months? (Probably no change in value in that timeframe anyway)

    Hi We recently moved out of PPOR into a rental to get into a school catchment. PPOR became an IP - it was only supposed to be short term, 6-12 months, so didn't get a valuation done as wasn't planning on ever having to pay CGT as we wouldn't be buying another PPOR and would be moving back...
