    Yes brand new, Bulk buy off a bank, the building it self is a few years old I think but these units have not been touched. Probs around 30 available. And comparable sales and price estimates are from rp data.

    Yes it is, also have rp data reports to confirm. It was a bulk buy by the agent hence the discounted price, I'm thinking would this 90000 in equity out way the disadvantages discussed above??

    Hi guys, I've secured a unit round about 90000 undervalue through a buyers agency, there's 260 units in the block, and after doing the numbers going to cost me about 50 bucks a week.. What do you guys think? I'm more worried about the amount of units being in the block regarding vacancy rates...
