Hey yes I am going to see a broker this week to find out my borrowing capacity. I'm not really looking to buy in cairns for the reasons stated above. And I have learnt my lesson with people selling off the plan. Nearly got caught with that one.

I assumed most of australia would be due to the interest rate being so low? I am only going off what I have read and heard I'm still in the learning process of how this all works.
