Amendment of planning permit issue- neighbour from Hell

Council should be able to put you on to a lawyer to prepare the section 173 agreement, will probably cost about $1000. Make sure you use one that prepares them all the time. Maddocks may be able to help.

    seaford vic gaining?

it does when you need to build floor levels 1-2m above existing ground level, only development sites it would effect IMO.

    seaford vic gaining?

Could be increasing the flood level again, has already increased over the past couple of years and a lot of developers get caught out around kananook ave area of seaford and also parts of central frankston. SBO overlay can cause many headaches if you have not done your homework.

Purchasing in VIC - Frankston Area #2

Yorkfish, a property sold in nearby melvin street for 380k on a subdivided block, what are you basing your price on fact or fiction. Did perhaps u want to get in first ?;) I dont think the property is overpriced, however I have said before I am biased. If the permit has been previously...

Purchasing in VIC - Frankston Area #2

Golden triangle is premium frankston central, would not be suprised if that area is one day marked for major development. I think your numbers stack up, could be a bargain. What do you want to pay. Your correct that the town planning flooding overlay has been a problem on the other side of...

Success rate to appeal against removing backyard tree?

while i am no tree hugger, a lot of what has been said is pure BS, the site is vacant, so its hardly a danger to anyone at the moment, how often do you spend time at your vacant block, it would be more unsafe to go for a bushwalk. I assume the tree was there when you bought the property and...

    Frankston North

    Frankston North

Perhaps I asked the address because I work in the Building/development industry and most of the work commissioned in there is by the DHS. I do not think they are any developments happening in candlebark (I could be wrong as I havent been down there a while). All the demolitions that are...

    Frankston North

Unfortunatly the demolished ones are still owned by dept of human services. At least they will be new houses. Not much private development in Frankston North, a few planning applications but not many people end up building them.

Thats the neighbourhood character study, that just gives some guidance when assesing development applications. It is nothing to do with rezoning.

Purchasing in VIC - Frankston Area

which zoning changes were those 2 years ago ? I was reffering to LEFKAS& comment. The only likely changes the government will make in my opinion is too take the powers from council in major projects and appoint a panel which laready happens in most cases now. To take control of all planning...

Does she own a crystal ball ? If you are reffering to the new zoning changes accross the state there has been no maps put out at this point for the proposed zoning of different areas of frankston. It would make sense that the golden triangle would be included in the "Substantial Changes Zone" I...
