    Can you help?

We had a similar issue. Brokers wouldn't touch us, but we ended up directly approaching the banks with a letter from our employer confirming length of time with the company and that we had been transferred back to Syd. It made all the difference to us. Good luck :)

    Who rents and buys IP's?

We rent, and will continue to, although admittedly I occasionally suffer from nesting syndrome.... We'd made the decision to rent and not buy a PPOR while living in Sydney in 2002. It was a tough decision for me, but not so much DH, he could see the way ahead, clever man! It has worked out...

re:- Proposing to the person I want to marry

Hubby proposed after work while we were eating pizza, watching the 7.30 Report......very romantic!! I picked the ring, I figure I wear it so I might as well choose one I love. Maybe we both lack the romance gene. It took us another 2yrs to get married, but we're still married after 10yrs...

Procrastinating with the "less fun" bits

    Newbie saying Hi

Current plans are to move to Melbourne early next year. I'm not overly familiar with the city yet, but learning about the different areas etc. After a couple of years living far away from our current rental houses, I can appreciate the advantages with having a IP close to where you live...

    Newbie saying Hi

Hi everyone, I've been lurking for a little while, reading/digesting all this good (addictive) information and thought it time to join in and introduce myself. I'm 32yrs old and have been buying and selling IPs in OZ and NZ since 1998, I've been completely casual in approach and I'm very much...
