What if after the conversion the unit is advertised as 2 br unit and priced accordingly for 2br unit without disclosing it to prospective buyer. Adding a room to a unit
Just wondering, if for example we convert a large 1 bedroom unit into a 2 bedroom unit: 1) will it increase the value of the unit? 2) do we need to let prospective buyer that the unit was 1br and now it's 2br? What do you guys think?- 888
