Yeah I get that. However DEC seems to have a very dim view of Gladstones' prospects and then links to this report which seems to be saying much the opposite of what DEC is. Just wondering if DEC might have linked to the wrong report.

I will admit to having only skimmed the presentation at this stage and to not understanding a fair bit of the 33 slides but it seemed the last slide, "conclusions", painted a fairly rosy picture out to 2018. Rapid population growth of 10-25K, medium prices rising and Gladstone avoiding the fate...
