I'm not surprised, but congrats. :) If the PM was encouraging them to take it to Tribunal, then yes, I agree. I do wonder, though - based on monitoring this forum - how often the PM tells the landlord "you're not going to win at Tribunal", only to have the landlord insist on pushing a hopeless...
