I have since had another chat with Andrew and he has explained the difference in fees was due to the extension of settlement which I had requested and the fees which I had already agreed to. So accepting where fault is due, it was my fault for not paying attention to the fees and charges...

The difference in fees was $100. The least I would have expected was an apology if it were a mistake. I am sure there are many ways to look at it to be fair to Andrew however in my opinion I would not recommend him to anyone based on my experience.
