Interesting. I'm only starting to look really. What are your thoughts on Moorooka as a suburb? I see a lot of positives, but maybe I'm missing something?

What are your opinions about purchasing property in Moorooka, with potential to develop in 5-7 years? I've been looking at 3 bed houses on decent sized blocks (600m+) for under $400k, some with LMR zoning. Moorooka is only 7-8km from the CBD, with loads of upside. It's a bit of a dump at the...
