Thanks mate. So the image MUST be on a website to achieve the insertion? Is there no other way? Can the image be somewhere else on this site - in the gallery for instance?

I have been using attachments in my posts to date but was wondering how to insert the pic straight into the post? Can someone please explain? Thanks, Ian
