Stick with the Pilates, you will not go wrong, it is hard work but you will reap the rewards. Remove sugar completely from your diet, it's totally unneccesary. Likewise any refined carbohydrates if you can. Get yourself a juicer and use it every day. Make exercise a part of your life and...

    Growing pains

I suggest you refrain from giving orders and distorting the picture to boot. Especially when the majority of what you have written is at best pure claptrap and vague in the extreme. I wouldn't have posted to begin with if I didn't know what I was talking about. Many people have long running...

Never said I knew anything about your Chiro or yourself. The only thing I know about your shoulder is that you have a massive chip on it. :D Perhaps if the chip were removed, your posture would improve..... not to mention your bank balance????

    Growing pains

So you're regularly visiting a chiro and a physio and you believe you're treating the cause???? If the cause is postural as you've just mentioned, you won't be treating the cause at all. Pilates is the only thing that will correct imbalances and postural issues that have...

You mean continue to help you put more money in her pocket? As I've alluded to, if you're regularly visiting a chiropactor, then you aren't treating the cause of the issue.

    Growing pains

If you actually sit down and rationalise it (something women struggle with I know ) you would more than likely find the aches are likely to coincide with increased physical activity. As I said, there is no evidence linking growing pains to " growth spurts " Measurable overnight growth is...

I think that a visit to a decent Naturopath is worth a go. Could well be a simple dietary issue.
