No underlay. Solid timber glued and stapled (kempas hardwood) The cypress was very stable so I skipped the underlay.

They call it stackstone. Bloody expensive... :( The floor had a number of patches of mismatching boards. Not a terribly good look... Rather than trying to relay these areas, and also because the wife wasn't too impressed with cypress pine, we decided on a whole new floor.

Everything except: -All the plumbing -Bathroom slab, waterproofing, tiling, grouting, vanity, toilet and accessory installs. I was hesitant in keeping the wall but it does look rather nice now :) Some pcitures I found from pre-purchase:
