Things do seem to be moving in F North....went to see a place on Excelsior street and apparently 2 offers came in that day approx 260k......went to see one in Monterray Boulevard.....sold on Monday with multiple offers....not many suburbs around the 260-280 mark..

I did check Corsican...however they're looking for over 300k which is a bit of a put off...very nice home though!

Only thing is the 240k subdivided house is rented for $270 per week However Neeko that may be a good option too!! Mmm options!

That's kinda the dilemma.... Spend 240k on a subdivided 3 bed on 300sqm or spend 275k on a 3 Bed on 600sqm in FrNorth?

Thanks very much for the responses!!! Reason it was urgent was Id put an offer in...however overnight I had second thoughts given it's a new investment Just wanted some expert opinion given it's a sub divided property than a property with a large backyard..
