The more I look at these pics, the more I think rain is blowing up under the sheets where the overlaps are not down tight. If this house has a precast ridge sheet, it's possible that the rafters have sagged a bit over time and opened a gap for rain to penetrate. I would silicon the overlap edges...

I've been crawling around roof spaces for over 50 years, and I've never seen one in such clean and pristine condition.:)
