Hi Alex, If given the choice to NOT settle, we'd take it. I guess that's what we are trying to figure out. All throughout the conversation he kept reiterating that "you must settle".

They mentioned that it was supposed to be 8 floors but they have reduced it to 5 (probably because they couldnt see them all). So you think that we should just wait for the sunset clause to expire and then get the deposit back?

The solicitor we spoke to was going to send them a letter asking for the deposit back, as she believed that basically the project is delayed and that is why they wanted her to sign another contract. But she has been busy and hasn't gotten around to doing so yet. I had a look at their website...
