Do you think fencing off the front adds much value?
Yeah picket fences are cute and add a homely touch. Hopefully it's not too expensive for a 20m frontage, I'll have to investigate.- jerrybee

Do you think fencing off the front adds much value?
I don't mind pets especially if there's no carpet and it's an older house. Definitely helps attract tenants. But obviously this isn't as viable without a front fence / gate, for when pets are put outside. Do you think this is a worthwhile investment?- jerrybee
