J jerrybee 1st Jun, 2015 #1 I don't mind pets especially if there's no carpet and it's an older house. Definitely helps attract tenants. But obviously this isn't as viable without a front fence / gate, for when pets are put outside. Do you think this is a worthwhile investment?

M mja 1st Jun, 2015 #2 I'm a huge fan of the paling/picket fence, but it depends on the type of property and location. Should contain most dogs.

J jerrybee 1st Jun, 2015 #3 Yeah picket fences are cute and add a homely touch. Hopefully it's not too expensive for a 20m frontage, I'll have to investigate.
