    My broker emailed me the other day to say they had dropped it to 5.59%. Didn't say if it was for the professional package or not though.

    5.59% for 3 years is very tempting. Might have to call my mortgage broker. Was thinking of fixing anyway.

    I hate that Westpac owns St George, yet Westpac's 3 year fixed rate is .54% more at the moment (or .34% with the professional package). It's just a joke! I hope they'll price match.

    Hi Rolf, How do you get vals done upfront that the bank will accept? My bank (start with a W), said they won't take any valuations I personally get done.
