Let me start afresh with the search again. A 556 sqm 3 bedder house (needs reno and 2 huge trees cut) in Girraween under 400k any good?

How do you get this information? I looked around, talked to some people and also asked the REA. None of them gave a concrete answer:(

I have been eyeing one of the houses in this street. It is a 3 bedder, 600+ sqm, currently rented at 340 p/w offered for 287K. I am not familiar with the suburb. I did the legwork and found it a bit rough. Anyone have any suggestions/recommendations on this??
