No worries Steve.....each to their own. I used to be quite hardnosed some might even say an *********....but over the last two years I have changed my behaviour....guess what I am getting things now quicker and faster than before.....and funnily enough the networth is moving even quicker...- sash

They probably have the same stupid assumptions also.....investments and emotions can be dangerous. But alot of people are not professional investors are they? For example I have Chinese tenants who have been in my Sydney flat for 7 years......and an older Lebanese tenant on Centrelink and...- sash

No would be the answer.....I think it is silly to be so myopic. I have rented to a wide spectrum Chinese, Indians, Lebanese, Anglo Aussies, Croatians, Greeks, etc...... I tend to hire good property managers and let them do their jobs....after this is what I am paying them for. All I care...- sash
