Darryl thanks for the info as far as costs are concerned what should i use as a good back of the napkin method to quickly assess viability to split the block into 2?

Hi all Would someone be able to confirm the following: 1. A site in the BCC area is 809 sqm zoned LDR multiple dwellings is only allowed if the site area is > 3000 sqm ? 2. Is it possible to split this block into 2 single allotments and build a SUD on each lot? TIA
