Thanks everyone. I have reported this to the PM. Thankfully there was no damage to the property or the neighbours property. Minor damage to some of my potted plants but those can be easily replaced.

Hi all, I'm currently renting a property. Due to the strong winds last night, one of the trees in the backyard has fallen over. In cases like this, am I responsible for the removal of the fallen tree or is it the responsibility of the owner? I can't find mention of it in the Tenancies act...
