Thanks Sim. Most of the forums have rules - ie must have more than 50 posts etc to stop the spammers but they work quite well.

It wouldn't stop me also advertising on there but I'd like to let my SS mates also know that I'm selling/renting/giving away stuff so they can get in on it too.

Nope - rules state it is for discussing deals not for advertising your own stuff.

Sorry if this has been discussed before but can we have classifieds/for sale section? It would stop people using Caveat Emptor. It doesn't need to be property related - could be anything really but include for sale/for rent. Most of the forums I'm on have this section.
