1 Day ABN?

Hi guys,

Long time lurker here, I must say the knowledge here is a wonderful resource.

I'm a broker and I have some clients in a pickle.

I won't bore you with the details, so in short, they need a loan that only requires a 1 day ABN registration.

These things were a dime a dozen 6-12 months ago, but they're now in short supply. Ideally, they'd like an 80% lend, but I believe that's probably wishful thinking.

I also believe Resimac do them, but their application was declined due to an inane credit decision.

Depending on the security and the credit worthiness of the borrower might still get upto 85% LVR.
