1 Year Self Employed

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I have started a business that is doing very well and we have had the business for almost 14 months.

We spoke to our CBA banker and he said that we need to be employed for at least 2 years to get an investment loan.

Are there any other lenders that can assist?

What were you doing before you started the business? same industry?

CBA will still look at the deal, especially if your an existing customer.
It will just have to get assessed by credit, but if you have a good deposit and already bank with them, strong application... you should be ok.

This is one of those situations where you *might* qualify for a lo doc loan. These are very much outside of CBAs desired loans at the moment, but there are a few other lenders that have a reasonable offering.
