11 sub-strategies for adding value

Most people realise there are 4 global strategies for property enhancement ; we call these the 4 R's:Re-titling, Rejuvenation, Renovation and Redevelopment. However most don't know there are eleven sub-strategies for property enhancement all with different capital and return effects. Melbourne members can learn more at Melbourne Property School's next free INFO NIGHT will be held in Camberwell 6.45PM for 7PM on Monday March 2. All welcome. Focus: The details of speakers at the Property Entrepreneurs Course, including the Reno Brothers. More info : www.melbournepropertyschool.com.au

mmm ...

I didn't know there was eleven sub-strategies for property enhancement all with different capital and return effects.

Why not share what they are on the forum?

Cheers

Mmmm! Two posts today and nine minutes apart.

Think I'll enrol in the 7 Steps to unlimited event spam.

On second thoughts maybe I'll go for a PhD in sub-strategies in spam rejuvination.

Have you checked out the website? Whoever is responsible for it should use a spell-checker or dictionary. Two glaring boo-boos that I noticed in just a few seconds on the site: 'summery' (instead of summary, I presume) and 'investement' (?????).

And they purport to be a school???

Sorry, guys, you've failed .....

Cheers

Especially given:

1. They won't tell us who they are ('about us' is 'under construction')
2. 'Tips and Tricks' is a trick for them to harvest your contact details and contains no content
3. 'Our Next Course' has a button to 'register' but not to 'find out more'
4. When little info is under the cryptic 'MPS' and is sketchy
5. A 'successful 4-state portfolio built in under 10 years' sounds impressive but could just be 4 parking spots bought with granny's inheritance
6. He can't spell his own name http://www.melbournepropertyschool.com.au/index.php?page=course2

For the most info found so far, we need to go to a community radio station he supports, with a profile here: http://www.3wbc.org.au/mike-mcnamara.shtml

Are the "Reno Brothers" any relation to "The Blues Brothers"? but more importantly, will there be a crazy old nun hitting anyone with a stick?

Site mentions Mike McNamara - possibly of Aus Prop Mon fame (why not he recently quit as GM)?

maybe someone here knows more, looks like a new site?
