$2000 Rebate

Hi all,

I am aware that there is $2000 rebate for people buying a property under $400 000. Problem is I cannot find a way to form!

Can anybody help me please

Search REBA grant on Google.
No search results seem to take you the form.
Maybe call the department to ask if it's still being offered.

Website for the application form doesn't seem to be active, probably expired.
