I'm actually looking to rent in this area and just trying to budget some of the expenses.

Can anyone give me a rough idea of what gas, water and electricity usage might cost?
Based on 2 people living in the apartment.

I used to budget $50/week when I lived alone.

But it could be much more, or much less - depends on how much you use and what company you to with, rates etc.
