Noticed many popping up at meadowbank lately 2 bedders even under 350
If you make an inquiry to agent make sure you ask if they are shared laundrys
and have an actual garage as some are just an open car space.

Where are these "many" 2 bed units under $250K?

There is exactly one under $250K on both Domain and RE.com.

It's in Bank st so not the best of locations.

I have a 2 bedder there so look at going prices. There hasn't been a lot on offer for a while.

(sorry I thought you said $250K not $350K) Still not many under $350. About time they started going up.

totally agree with u travelbug...had a look at there were about 4 under $350 K.......thats not many !
in the past yr....supply for meadowbank has been so tight.

Take a drive to the area, heaps of forsale signs which are not listed on the web.
Like most area's you need to make contacts with local agents,and they will
ring you before any advertising.
If your serious about property investing you can't just rely on realetstate and Domaine and emailing agents.
