I have a valuation report that lists the market value for this unit at $620k. Predicted growth 8-10% pa for next 5 years

OK - why am I selling - profit pays out PPOR, I have 205 days extended leave accrued (extended holiday) and I need to help the inlaws $50-80k termite damage (we inherit house eventually).
