Anyone watch this doco tonight on 4 Corners?

I felt this story was one of the most powerful and emotional stories I have seen in many years.........

I was totally gobsmacked and very shocked.

Well for me it certainly made my investing look so very unimportant really considering the plight of these little children in Nigeria.

For anyone who didn't get to see the story I strongly urge you to watch the repeat, it was compelling viewing.

Yeah I watched it mate. Agree totally. Shocking. How people can hide behind Christianity and utterly abuse their own children, families and community. One of the saddest things I have seen. At least they have been able to change the law - just hope they can change the psyche of those ignorant people.
 
yes we watched too.
truly awful. poor poor little children.
it was hard to watch but important for people to know such things go on.

we also saw a confronting movie on sunday, Disgrace.
very good but very dark.
story well told and thought provoking.
but do not see it if you want something cheerful.

How incredible was that grossly gorey movie on witches that the wealthy woman evangelist was pushing (and Directing/Producing)? :eek::eek: An absolute shame and irony. Who is the real witch?
So much delusion and suffering. Makes one feel blessed to be living in our Lucky Country.
