House down the road from me is listed for $125k, which makes it the cheapest house in the entire town and $100k minimum below comparable properties with 1 less bedroom. $5k less than much crappier attached renovator's delights with 1 less bedroom.
I rang to ask if it was a typo. Nope, they thought it was a reasonable price. Wish I hadn't signed a building contract already, its the cheapest 4br house for sale around her for YEARS.
Hasn't sold yet though, probably suffering "why is this one half the price of comparable properties?" syndrome.
