Found this audio clip, recorded from a recent interview with Scott Pape and Neil Jenman.

Pape has generally published a preference for equities over property, but that aside, I'm generally a fan of his work. I'll keep my thoughts on Jenman to myself.

They discuss their thoughts on the current and future property market. Needless to say neither are particularly bull-ish but it makes for interesting listening.

I listened to the interview on 612ABC last night. It went for an hour.

Best bits for me were that the regular presenter was on leave, and the fill in presenter kept saying Neil Jenman's name as "Jenson" and when they had discussed things and were asking people to call in or SMS questions, the presenter said something along the lines of "I would like to ask that the man who is texting questions from Perth, could we please ask you to stop. They are really quite aggressive and abusive" or similar.

I wondered if one of our SS folk was sending aggressive texts in to the show .
