Well how are we all. Really, that's great! (I hope). I was involved with a thread down below and it occurred to me it would be great to start a new post dedicated to listing active IP investing accountants in major cities. This type of accountant would be someone who invests in multiple IPs (probably AT LEAST three or four, if they really are active) and would know all the conceivable ins-and-outs of IPs.

I know I'm looking for someone in Brisbane, Owen's looking for one in Sydney and there are many others out there just waiting to here from you.

This may not be much help to you in Brisbane but up in Townsville there is such a person. His name is Stephen Skeen and he works for, sorry I should say runs Harts Accounting group here in Townsville. He currently has five IPs as has been a great help to me and many of my friends. I cant thank him enough. Good luck with finding that right minded person. They are out there.
