The basement of our townhouse IP in Sydney has enough spaces to create an additional car parking spot for each owner (4 townhouses on the block). It involves repositioning the garage roller door forward (or installing a new one), marking four car spaces, removing existing parking bollards and seeking by-law changes. The basement is a common property and the property is in lower north shore.
We think an additional car parking space will create at least $20k each added value plus eliminate disputes regarding visitor car parking spots.
Can anyone please recommend some professionals who can do the works? Any other advice? Thanks
