adelaide land tax

I have noticed that my pt augusta property has 2 assessment numbers, even though it is 2 semis on one title. The SA Valuer General says they do this if two different tenancies.

This means 2 council rates, 2 emergency service levy's, 2 land tax.

How do property owners get on if they own a block of 20 units on one title?

I have a sub let in one of mine so who knows

I think I should pay land tax but don't so I wont complain too loud
