Advice on broker or bank for self employed

Currently going through the pain of finding a lender who is sympathetic to self employed individuals. I have plenty of equity in existing investment properties which i have paid off. Some banks still want me to prove servicing of the loan even though this investment property will be easily serviced by its own rent generated plus that of my other properties. Also currently in the UK so window for phone conversation is generally evening time in os.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Many lenders idea of self servicing isnt actually self servicing

Most are looking at 12 to 14 % rtn for them to see the thing as self reliant, and even there they will baulk

There may be a deal there, but without any detail info its impossible to even start heading in any particular dirn
